Community is life sustaining. Engaging consistently in community is truly medicinal and a necessity of our basic survival and capacity to thrive. Humans are biologically, socially, cognitively and spiritually designed to be in connection with each other and the natural world around us. Consistently. The Community and Group arm of Dialogue is designed to partner with communities to craft and curate meaningful, playful, inclusive and collaborative opportunities to infuse more equity, empathy and emotional intelligence into how we exist together at the level of our communities. What we do in our neighborhoods, local business, our natural habitat and all community based organizations, plays a crucial role in our individual and collective health.

Conflict Navigation and Repair - Communication driven by emotional intelligence, equity and empathy is truly one of my strongest skills that I bring into the world. Join Dialogue with integrating these qualities into how we navigate the natural experience of conflict and strengthen the use of mutual repair.

Macro/Organizational Offerings
The Macro/Organizational arm of Dialogue is designed to partner with organizations, companies and larger macro level entities to infuse more emotional intelligence, equity and empathy into their day to day operations. Every single human being is directly connected to our Macro level organizations, likely, in multiple ways. Our individual experiences within these organizations are brought into our families, personal relationships and community existence. How we operate on a macro level plays a deeply impactful role in our collective health and vitality. At present, the United States leads the world in the number of public mass shootings. A true and deeply disturbing reality that Dialogue sees a call to action to take collective responsibility to steer this culture towards the refuge of empathy, emotional intelligence and equity. Partner with Dialogue to be a part of the collective that is making real and honest change at a Macro level.
